My research work at Inserm aims at elucidating the molecular mechanisms of intracellular membrane fusion machineries using the reconstitution of fusion proteins into cellular or artificial membranes and following the deformation, adhesion and fusion of these membranes through molecular force measurements, spectrometry and fluorescence or electron microscopy imaging techniques. At the CRI, I am in charge of the life sciences tracks of the AIRE master and FIRE PhD programs.
